Mona Shah, Licensed Real Estate Agent
I genuinely enjoy satisfying my clients as we go through the process of buying, selling or renting their home. I don’t see this process as a transaction given a home is not only likely the largest investment my clients will make, but this will be a part of their family’s lives and stories. My main goal as I help my clients is that I want them to feel like they have a partner they can trust and rely upon throughout the entire process. My passion for real estate began when I joined an established and fast-paced real estate firm in Westchester. I started off as an office administrator and quickly wanted to learn more about the business and especially how to help clients through what can often be a stressful process. While the real estate process can have its ups and downs, through my experience I feel that listening to my clients takes priority. I am comfortable slowing things down when needed and applying an aggressive strategy when it is in the best interest of my clients, especially when trying to sell their home. In my time as an agent, I have built solid relationships with respected professionals in the industry from attorneys, title companies, contractors and others to help with a smooth transaction. I have helped first time and experienced buyers that are from the area, and I’ve even assisted diplomats looking for a place to call home during their time in the US. I can speak multiple languages and can also help clients who are non-English speakers. Please give me a call and let me help you make this process more pleasant. I’m happy to take the time to answer all of your questions, get you comfortable with the next steps, and create a plan together to help you reach your real estate goal.
